 State House Patrol
DivisionThe State House Patrol Division monitors buildings and grounds of the Capitol Complex area 24 hours a day, seven days a week. SHPD also patrols within the Richland and Lexington county area at many state buildings/ facilities, including the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. The State House is closely monitored using fire and security systems, a close circuit television system, a high tech computer monitoring system, as well as an N.C.I.C. terminal. |
