FATALITY REPORT: DPS REPORTS ONE KILLED

ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAYS FEB. 11-13

COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of one person killed on South Carolina highways from Friday, February 11, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, February 13, at midnight.

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle early Sunday morning in Berkeley County. So far this year, 95 people have died on South Carolina highways, the same number that had been killed at this time last year.
