Important information will be posted to this site as news develops within the agency. DPS has nearly 3,000 employees in the state and includes the Highway Patrol, State Transport Police, Bureau of Protective Services, Office of Highway Safety, Office of Justice Programs, and Division of Motor Vehicles.
