FATALITY REPORT: DPS REPORTS FOUR KILLED
ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAYS AUGUST 25 - 27
COLUMBIA The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of four people killed on South Carolina highways from Friday, August 25, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, August 27, at midnight.
Two people were killed in separate single-vehicle collisions and one person was killed in a two-vehicle collision. One motorcyclist died in a collision with another vehicle. So far this year, 693 people have died on South Carolina highways, compared to 691 at this time last year.
