FATALITY REPORT: DPS REPORTS FOUR KILLED

ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAYS OCTOBER 13-15

COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of four people killed on South Carolina highways from Friday, October 13, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, October 15, at midnight.

Three people were called in two head-on collisions. One woman was killed in a single-car accident when her car ran off the road.

So far this year, 842 people have died on South Carolina highways, compared to 846 at this time last year.
