FATALITY REPORT: DPS REPORTS FOUR KILLED

ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAYS NOVEMBER 3-5

COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of four people killed on South Carolina highways from Friday, November 3, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, November 5, at midnight.

Two people were killed in separate single-car collisions. One person was killed in a head-on collision. One person was killed as a result of failure to yield.

As of November 5, 898 people had died on South Carolina highways, compared to 900 last year at this time.
