COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces the following Click It or Ticket events:

Who: Gov. Jim Hodges, South Carolina Department of Public Safety Director Boykin Rose,
law enforcement from around state, National Safety Council, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)

What: Announce beginning of nearly 2,500 statewide checkpoints, which will run from

Nov. 20-Dec. 3 as part of Click It or Ticket campaign;

** 11:15 a.m.: Will hold checkpoint at George Rogers Boulevard and Key Road (media are invited to cover)

When: 11 a.m., Monday, November 20

Where: State Fairgrounds, front of Cantey Building

Greenville: 1 p.m.: S.C. 253 and Worley Road
