COLUMBIA – Visitation and memorial service plans for South Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper First Class Eric Francis Nicholson, who was shot and killed during a December 6 traffic stop, are as follows:

• Visitation will be held Friday, December 8, at The Mackey Mortuary, 311 Century Drive in Greenville from 6 – 9 p.m.

• Funeral services will be Saturday, December 9, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Mauldin, 150 South Main Street in Mauldin.

Directions to church: From I-385 exit 30 (US 276) west into Mauldin; turn left at first traffic light (Owens Lane). From I-85 exit 48 (US 276) east into Mauldin; turn right at Owens Lane.

• Burial will be at Graceland East Cemetery, located at the intersection of SC 146 and SC 14 in Greenville County.
