COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces that the Dutch Plaza Express DMV Office will change its business hours to 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (except state holidays), effective Monday, March 12. This branch office, which is located at 800 Dutch Square Blvd., Dutch Square Plaza Bldg. A, Suite 1, offers driver’s license and vehicle registration renewal services only. The previous business hours were 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
