COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces the following media opportunity:

Who: South Carolina Department of Public Safety Division of Motor Vehicles

What: Media are invited to visit the Shop Road DMV and see the new driver’s license equipment as it is being installed. DMV Deputy Director David Burgis will be on hand to answer media questions about the installations. The new computer equipment is being installed in the remainder of the Columbia offices this week.

When: 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 2
