COLUMBIA – The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces the following Click It or Ticket event:

Who: Col. Ralph Mobley, Commander of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Col. R Richard Holden, Commander of the N.C. Carolina Highway Patrol, and Col. George Ellis, Georgia State Patrol

          What: Colonels from three states’ Highway Patrols and a representative from National Highway Traffic Safety              Administration (NHTSA) travel from Atlanta, to Charlotte to Columbia to talk about Click It or Ticket
            as a region-wide effort            

                                        When: May 22, 2:30 p.m.

                                        Where: I-77 and Killian Road Public Safety Checkpoint
