FATALITY REPORT: DPS REPORTS SEVEN KILLED
ON SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAYS NOV. 30-DEC. 2
COLUMBIA The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces a preliminary number of seven people killed on South Carolina highways from Friday, November 30, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, December 2, at midnight.
Two pedestrians were struck and killed. Two other people died as a result of their vehicles colliding. Three people died when their vehicles ran off the roadway.
As of December 2, 934 people had died on South Carolina highways, compared to 995 last year at this time.
