COLUMBIA -- The South Carolina Department of Public Safety announces the following upcoming event:

 

Who:          SC Department of Public Safety Families of Highway Fatalities, American Red Cross

What:         Second annual Families of Highway Fatalities blood drive (held to remember the 1,000 killed each year on our highways)

 

** This year’s blood drive will be held in memory of Standra Jones, an SCDOT worker killed in December 2007, on I-26 in Lexington County.
