and collisions by Troop. The time frame from is from 3 p.m. on Friday, February
12, to noon on
Sunday, February 14.
This is in comparison to the weekend prior
(a “typical” weekend) when there was no
inclement weather reported for the dates of February 5-7, 2010, during the same
time frame:
