SCHP RECOGNIZES TROOPERS, TCO PERSONNEL FOR OUTSTANDING WORK IN 2009

 

COLUMBIA -- The South Carolina Highway Patrol today named Trooper First Class Kevin M. Caldwell of Lexington County the 2009 Trooper of the Year. The Highway Patrol also recognized a winner from each of the seven Troops and three specialty unit Troops. SCDPS Director Mark Keel presented three Valor Awards. The Telecommunications Officers were also recognized for outstanding service to the public and support to the troopers.
