1. CRIMINAL MAGISTRATE (TRAFFIC COURT) CASES
For service of process, including but not limited to
discovery, Rule 5 and Brady Motions, please serve the
TROOPER as shown on the Uniform Traffic Ticket at the

For civil subpoenas requesting information on automobile
accidents, please include the TR-310 Accident Report with
your request. This may be obtained from the S. C. DEPARTMENT
OF MOTOR VEHICLES by completing
Form FR-50.
